Scottsdale is a great place. It is home to many fine galleries, museums, resorts, golf course, and shopping centers. This is a city that’s visited mainly for its shopping centers. One of the most visited shopping centers in Scottsdale would be the Fashion Square Mall. It’s probably the largest mall that you can find in the US, or if not, one of the largest.

Do not let that fool you however; this city has tons of places to visit aside from the malls and the centers. In terms of art, Scottsdale has a handful of museums and galleries for you to visit. And if you love other forms of art as well, why not visit the Scottsdale Center for Arts. If you want to purchase several artworks done by the locals, you can head on down to the Extensive Galleries in the western part of Downtown.

From there, you can purchase a variety of art in different mediums done by the locals or the international artists as well. There are also a number of restaurants and pubs such as Eddie V’s Edgewater Grill and Mastro’s Steak House for restaurants with a meaty menu, and Cowboy Ciao and Kazimierz for bars.

Getting around town is easy by means of car. You really should get a cheap car rental in Scottsdale if you’re planning on staying there. It just makes things a lot more convenient than taking the public transportation.
