Recently a body of a young man fell from a cargo plane as it was starting to take off for Miami. Apparently an air traffic controller saw something fall from the Amerijet cargo plane just after it took off. Shortly after, workers found the body.

After finding the body, the runway was closed down for 45 minutes. Officials said that the pilot, Felix Joseph Gruosso, was not immediately aware of what had happened and continued to fly as normal. United States Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman, Kathleen Bergen, said that the plane did go on to land without incident at Miami International Airport. After landing, the plane was taken to a remote spot for an inspection.

Officials were investigating to find out whether the victim worked at the airport. They also wanted to know how he was able to get past security to access the restricted area to board the flight. The man has not been identified as of yet. This is due to the fact that he was not carrying any personal documents. The airline was not immediately available to give a statement about the event.

Experts say that this is a big deal for a few reasons. First of all, a man died and this always starts an investigation. Secondly, officials need to know how he was able to sneak onto the plane in the first place. Since officials are working hard on cracking down on airport security, the fact that this man was able to slip by is not good. Experts say that more information will surface as the investigation continue.
