According to new reports, two Muslim men have filed a law suit against the well-known carrier Delta Air Lines. Apparently, this news comes after the two men claimed that they were kicked off one of the carrier’s planes in May. The reports go on to say that the pilot simply objected to their presence on their plan. Now the two men are taking this matter to the courts.

Of course, the pilot had nothing to worry about. Apparently, these men went through the same screening process as everyone else with no problems. In fact, the troubles did not start until they arrived at their gate to board the flight. It was here that they were pulled aside for a second security check. They were also asked questions about their trip, and they had their luggage searched. The men were cleared and allowed to board.

However, shortly after the plane started to pull away from the gate, the pilot said that the plane was going to re-dock. At this point, the men were pulled off and asked more questions and subjected to an additional pat-down. The men were cleared once again, but the pilot refused to let them back on the plane.

Delta Air Lines went on to issue a statement on Monday that said that Atlantic Southeast and Delta Air Lines oppose discrimination in any form from any source. They ask that their employees act at all times in the best interest of passengers and their safety. They cannot comment further on this pending litigation.
