For a number of years now Hertz Rent A Car customers have been able to tune in to satellite radio in their hire cars. The option to have Sirius and XM radio is available at a number of Hertz locations throughout the U.S. and prices for the feature start out at $5.00 per day or $20.00 for the week.

In a bid to give more customers access to the satellite radio service of Sirius and XM Hertz has decided to offer customers two free days of satellite radio on any vehicle rental of three days or over. As long as the rental car is Sirius or XM enabled customers will be able to listen to their favourite music, talk shows, entertainment and sport on over 130 different channels.

To avail themselves of the offer customers must use PC≠ 138692 when booking their car hire and Sirius / XM service. The offer is available to customers over the holiday season through to December 31st. Taking advantage of the Hertz offer for satellite radio could be a perfect option for those travelling over the holidays on their own or with families who need to be entertained on the long drives. Although more car rental firms are signing up to the idea of delivering satellite radio to their customers at present not every firm in the U.S. is able to offer it.

The Hertz offer will be popular with those who usually use the service and will also enable people who have not yet had the pleasure of listening to Sirius and XM to do so for free.
