Apparently the Italian court is sticking behind its laws that it is fine to sunbath topless on the beach, even if it does upset other people. The Italian court has just recently thrown out a complaint by a mother who said that her two younger sons were troubled by the sight of a busty young woman applying lotion to her breast on the beach.
It only took the court just a few minutes to reject the case altogether. The case involved a mother of two accusing a 26-year-old woman of committing obscene acts in a public place. Apparently when at the beach, the mother had asked the fashion store assistant, who has been identified as Luisa, to cover herself up because her large breasts and the act of rubbing cream on them had troubled her sons, aged 14 and 12.
After the court gave its decision the young woman’s lawyer said that he never had any doubt that the accusation had no substance. He pointed out that it is in no way illegal to sunbath topless on Italian beaches. His client should not and cannot be at fault because she has ample bosoms.
Luisa said that she was happy that the matter was all behind her now. She said that it was a clear victory for common sense. She then noted that she was heading on a Greece holiday this week, and she would continue to sunbathe topless.
As it comes to no shock to anyone, reports are now suggesting that it was not the two teen boys that had a problem with the topless woman. In fact, they go on to say that it was indeed the mother herself who had a problem with the large breasted woman rubbing lotion on her boobs. Who would have seen that coming?
