Premier Inn’s Good Night Guarantee which offers customers the chance to get their money back if they are not satisfied with their room or the service they are given was one of the factors that helped it win Best Hotel Group at the prestigious Business Travel Awards recently. This is the third year in a row that Premier Inn has been awarded a top accolade beating off strong competition from the Rezidor Hotel Group and Accor Hotel Group. In 1999 Premier scooped the Best Business Hotel brand prize as well as Best Business Expense Management process. In 2008 it also took the top prize for Best Business Hotel brand. The awards are particularly prestigious because the judging panel is made up of business travel managers, top chief executives and business travel journalists.
Patrick Dempsey, Whitbread Hotels & Restaurant Managing Director said that the award cemented Premier Inn’s position as the number one hotel choice for those travelling on business in the U.K. He went on to say that everyone who works so hard to provide top quality service to the chains guests would be thrilled by the achievement of yet another top prize. He pointed out that the staff at Premier Inn would not rest on their laurels and would continue to strive for excellence. He also said that the chain intended to grow but maintain its high level of service. By 2012 Premier Inn intends to be the number one supplier of hotel rooms to those attending the London Olympic Games.
